Hi, I'm Jessica. I'm the artist and creator behind Memories in Clay. This is my world, my life, my passion. Welcome.

Memories in Clay was born from a passion to create but also inspired by my own 2 daughters and my dog, Karma. As an art teacher for elementary students, I love to see how children express themselves in an artistic way. My love of working with children has spilled over into my business at Memories In Clay.

My own 2 children are growing so incredibly fast and I don't want to miss a moment. This is why I wanted to create keepsakes to memorialize all the special milestones in their lives and remember just how tiny they were. My favorite material to work with is clay so it seemed only natural to make these precious keepsakes in clay.

My favorite aspect of creating keepsakes at Memories In Clay is the custom order requests I receive from customers.  I absolutely love making new products and appreciate the creativity of a new customer with a great idea.  I also receive joy when I have customers come back for a new keepsake for a new member of their family.
