Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Policy

All shipping costs are included in your initial purchase.  All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service. Tracking info will be provided for all orders.  

On handprint items, we will ship out the mold 1-2 business days after receiving the order.  After you make the mold, you will ship it back.  All return shipping packaging and postage is included in the package we send you.  The final product will be shipped to you approximately 4-6 weeks after we receive the prints back from you.  

For items not requiring a handprint kit, the item will arrive approximately 4-6 weeks from the time of order.

We are committed to the quality and integrity of our work.  We want you to be completely satisfied with anything you purchase here, and to have a fun and care free shopping experience.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unhappy with your purchase and we will work together to find a solution that works for you.  

Additional Information

Please keep in mind that these items are one of a kind ceramic pieces.  The process of creating handprints in ceramics is truly an art.  Like all art, there may be slight variations from one piece to another.  We believe this is what makes our work unique and special.
